[cups.bugs] [LOW] STR #1343: PDF annotations do not display

When fed through the original pdftops which comes with xpdf 3.0x (3.01 is what I currently have)
both the annotation and the signature are printed. So they are with the "alternate pdftops filter"
which is a Perl script which calls the original utility as mentioned above.
