Adding a network printer to WindowsXP fails

I tried to add a network printer (Canon S750, avail. at SuSE 10 system with TurboPrint driver) with the MS AddPrinterWizard.

I inserted http://mysrv/printers/tp0 (tp0 is shown on the MS PC using http://mysrv:631)

This message is coming up: Windows cannot connect to the printer. Either the printer name was typed incorrectly or the specified printer has lost its connection to the server.

I confirmed that tp0 is the name of the printer by using the printer management button at http://mysrv:631 and I printed the test page to make sure that the printer did not loose connection.

Any idea what's wrong ?
