Allow printing jobs from certain computers to a certain printer

Hi All,
We are trying to restrict the access to a printer queue by host.
We configured the cupsd.conf, as it's explained in the docs, but it only works for HTTP access. Hosts still can print using tools as gtklp

<Location /printers/ERICPOL01>
Order Deny,Allow
Allow from 127.0.0.1
Allow from 159.107.24.124
<Location>

If we restrict the access by user or group it works. What are we doing wrong?
