[cups.bugs] [HIGH] STR #1292: wrong http-link in GUI

Buttons in 'printers' - folder (after connecting w/ localhost:631) have a
wrong link, in my case it is e.g. for "Print Test Page":

http://[0:0/printers/<printer name>?op=print-test-page

instead of

http://localhost:631/printers/<printer name>?op=print-test-page
