[cups.bugs] [HIGH] STR #1326: Cannot work for IPv6 linklocal address in cups-1.2.x-r4797

Hello Mike,
cups-1.2.x-r4797 works well for our IPv6 prototype printer.
However, it cannot work when client has IPv6 linklocal address.
We find there are problems in http-support.c.
We modify it and it works well for linklolcal as well as other cases.
You see the diff file and our test logs in the attached file.
Could you please check it and modify your code, referring our code?
