Using the 'Modify Printer' dialog in the web-ui, I can choose the
appropriate driver for my printer ('Model/Driver for foobar'-dialog). This
dialog highlights the previously used printer as long as it is associated
with a PPD file.
This highlighting depends on the PPD file, but as raw printers have no PPD
file, the highlighting/default selection fails/is not set. It would be
nice to handle raw printers properly.
