Install/copy the PPD files to /usr/share/cups/model/<manufacturer>
(the actual subdirectory doesn't matter, but using a subdirectory
helps to reduce installation conflicts) and then either reboot the
system or restart cupsd.  The PPD files will then show up in the
list...
