need recommendations for printer

since there is  *NO* support for the brother 5170DN printer from this 
list or brother for free or fee, I need to buy another printer and take 
a 300$ loss on this one.  are there any printers, currently on the shelf 
with:

cups supplied support (not using the mfg supplied ppd, you fooled me 
once, not again)
laser b/w
duplexer
15+ ppm
large paper bin
single sheet feed for cardstock
budget <$400  more if I can sell the brother printer.

suggestions?
