[cups.general] Printer is disabled if printing while turned off

If you have only one USB printer, it seems the generic DeviceURI
"usb:/dev/usb/lp0" works more robust, see
http://www.cups.org/str.php?L1267

If you have more than one USB printer, don't use generic DeviceURIs
like "usb:/dev/usb/lp[0-9]*" because the number at the end
depens on the ordering when the printers are switched on,
see the "If several USB printers are connected..." section
in the partially outdated article
