[cups.general] cups -> printer server

I actually do not use IPP.

I just realised another thing.
On my other PC (Fedora Code 3) I actually see the name of the printer 
queue in the printing window (I do not see that in the Mandriva 
version). However, I get an error window after a few seconds after 
printing telling me that the job was canceled and I should check why... 
No other clue is given.

One more thing I only use Gnome (if that makes a difference).
