[cups.general] cups -> printer server

i dont know too much about the cups log files, maybe someone else does.
but are there 2 cups servers running?  like a local cups server that
printes to a remote cups server that  has the printer installed?  then you
should look at both log files.

and is that the end of the log file?  i see started...
