boostrap server port not found

We are receiving a number of entries in our Mac Tiger workstation console stating:

Sep 20 11:32:35 local-administrations-imac-g5-7 ipp: //ada.area51.mycompany.org:631/printers/Sophia: cupsd's bootstrap server port not found


What does this signify and how do we fix it?

Sophia is an HP1300. We are using 1.1.23 on the server where Sophia is configured as socket://10.71.20.20:9100 using the HP1300 CUPS drivers.
The client Tiger workstation is set to use BrowsePoll ipaddressofserver
and otherwise is left as delivered.
