Can't modify printers in CUPS web admin

Hello,

I've succesfully added a printer via some GUI tool that came with kde. When trying at first to configure the printer via the web interface for CUPS at localhost:631 I can add printers, but I can't delete a printer, print a test page, stop the printer or any other options I am given at the interface. If I click on any option I am sent to http://www.cups.org . Any ideas how could I fix this to work as intended?
