Stopping a printing job, take up another high priority job and then go on with the first job ...

Not at present.  The main issue is reliably interrupting a job and
then restarting at the same place.  It isn't impossible, but at the
same time it isn't easy or reliable unless you have total control
over the print engine (which we don't...)
