Light/Faded Prints on RH Linux ES 4.0 using CUPS on HP LaserJet 5Si

I have a HP Laserjet 5si(networked) printer configured using CUPS 1.1.22.0.rc1.9. Printer is working fine expect that prints comes very light and faded.

I tried using different kind of driver (HPIJS/Postscript/Textonly) nothing works. And at the sametime printer works just fine with Windows.

I am on RedHat ES 4.0(2.6.9-5.ELsmp #1 SMP) x86. Any help/suggestion are welcome.
