Followup: The alternate method indicated is to edit the printers.conf
file to place tea4cups:// in front of each DeviceURI. I did this and it
seems to work. However, I then start to look for some documentation on
how to write filters, prehooks, and posthooks. It seems the entire
documentation is
"5 - Modify tea4cups.conf to suit your needs. Several examples
are included."
However, I don't see much in the way of examples or explanations. For
instance, questions such as "How does a particular filter get invoked
for one queue but not another? How do we decide which filter gets
invoked? When should I use a filter vs a prehook? In fact, what is the
difference between the two?"
Is there any documentation?
