[STR Closed w/o Resolution]

Turns out that the problem is that the file is broken, using "FirtsChar"
instead of "FirstChar" in the font encoding.

This was also reported to the Ghostscript folks:

    http://bugs.ghostscript.com/show_bug.cgi?id=688410

They rejected the proposed patch, and in this case it still won't fix
things since the file is missing a "space" character in the embedded fonts
and won't work regardless.

FWIW, Xpdf 3.0 and higher (including the pdftops filter in CUPS 1.2) seems
to handle this gracefully enough to show the accented characters. We won't
be "fixing" this in ESP Ghostscript - please contact the WinDev
developers and let them know their software is producing broken PDF files.
