That's simply the wrong way to tell which driver gs was built with.
"gs -h" is the correct way. Try that instead.

I am not going to explain what  
"ls /usr/share/ghostscript/8.15/lib/*.{upp,ppd}" indicates - what is and
what in not in that directory is irrelevant to your question. 
if you are interested, you should read the docs on uniprint.
