The automatically assigned names are probably not what users want to use.
Often times, companies have policies in place about the naming of
printers.

A wizard option to change to a different the printer name should be
available, preferrably on the page to select the PPD. The name can't be
changed later either, so it is even more important to get it "right" at
the first shot.

"Ugly" names which can't be changed make the network printer auto
discovery from the web based wizard half a success only. (See screenshot)
