The author release those version for free but the site is not reachable any more and the files have not been dropped in any respository I know of. Could you please send me that stuff as a (compressed) tar archive (the Linux version; I've
no suitable means to poke around with Windows here.
I'll then try to hack a wrapper around tat filter to make it suitable
for use with CUPS.
