Sometime next week; there is one last "show stopper" bug in
cups-lpd I'd like to squash, and I also want to figure out why so
many Windows users are having problems with their options getting

Can you file a STR for this - if the user hasn't changed anything,
we shouldn't do an update.  In any case, that operation normally
requires admin privileges (whatever is defined for the /admin/conf
location), so a regular user wouldn't be able to accidentally restart
the server...
