Sorry, but I don't have access to a dot matrix printer (or something with
continuous roll).
Maybe there is a configuration option on your printer, which has wrong
settings. (but this is only an assumption)

The string "Custom" may not be a wise choice. Better you use another name:

*PageSize Size1/Size 1: "<</PageSize[595 311]/ImagingBBox ......
