What printers do you suggest?

We need a new printer at work and we need a colour multtfunction laserjet.  We bought a colour laserjet about a month ago but it did not work with cups. We have xp on our desktops and a linux server, and I use cups to administer the printers and webmin for the rest. But as I am new to the linux world I am not sure what printer to get that will work with my current setup. Anybody have any suggestions?
