[cups.bugs] [MOD] STR #1894: cannot add printer via web without providing a ppd

Hello,

The printer is an HP LaserJet 4, I was using the laserjet.ppd that came
with the cups distribution.

The initial Add Printer link is:
https://servername.uiuc.edu:631/admin?op=add-printer

Which goes to: 
https://servername.uiuc.edu:631/admin

for the rest of the process.
