CUPS printer state is IDLE but printer is processing (printing)

I have switched to cups 1.2.7 today but the problem still exists. The detailed scenario is:

1- I am opening administration tool.
2- I am pressing the "Print Test Page" button on the Printers section.
3- After pressing the button i quickly refresh the printers section.
4- At first It says something like "processing page1, completed %85" in the header and the printer state is processing as expected.
5- Then i quickly refresh the page again and i get printer state as IDLE although i can see that the test page still not printed.

The scenario is same when i send a 20 pages long file using lp command instead of printing a test page using administration tool. By the way printer is connected as socket://"ip number here":9100.
