Clearing printer queues on (re)boot?

Sorry, my inquiry was incorrect: I want to remove all print jobs
in all queues, not the queues themselves.

So, I assume that calling "rm -f /var/spool/cups/[cd]*" before CUPS
starts is sufficient. Is that correct?
