Unable to connect to 192.168.2.3 on port 631

there is an example which works, I adapted my configuration according this example and I am at least able to print a testpage as well as a document out of OpenOffice. The KDE-Print does not yet work, there I get  the errormessage, which says "Connection to CUPS-Server failed" Error : Host not found".

The Firewall is currently open.
