Thanks Michael, y try this commando but it always show all in the users allowed section, for example:

root at acafipri # lpadmin -p sistemas_pr -u allow:ayacopino
root at acafipri # lpstat -l -p sistemas_pr
printer sistemas_pr is idle. enabled since Jan 01 00:00
        Form mounted:
        Content types: any
        Printer types: unknown
        Description:
        Location: Sistemas Rosario
        Connection: direct
        Interface: /opt/sfw/cups/etc/cups/ppd/sistemas_pr.ppd
        On fault: no alert
        After fault: continue
        Users allowed:
                (all)
        Forms allowed:
                (none)
        Banner required
        Charset sets:
                (none)
        Default pitch:
        Default page size:
        Default port settings:

The command works because only a user can print, but the output of lpstat show that all can print, what can be wrong?
Thank you very much,
Andres
