Cannot access 127.0.0.1 after installing CUPS 1.2.7

Thanks for your answer.

Unfortunately rebooting did not fix the problem.
When I tried "sudo killall cupsd" it said that no matching process were found.
I did sudo cupsd but I still cannot acces 127.0.0.1
