Test page not printing

Also, when I try to print from my computer I get the error stating "will retry in 30 seconds".

in the error log I get:
W [01/Feb/2006:13:53:21 -0800] [Job 23] Network host 'xxx.xxx.com' is busy, down, or unreachable; will retry in 30 seconds...

I do know the host is up because I am configuring the printers and cups is running.  thanks in advance for the help...
