That does the trick, but I noticed and oddity and I'm not sure if that's 
normal or not.  The actual urls are: "/admin/?op=".  Is that slash 
before the "?" normal?.  As long as I incluse that slash in the 
<Location ...> directive it all works, but is that what I should see?
