[cups.general] spooling partially

I neither understand why you want it nor how it should work.
If it would be possible, any user could get exclusive access
to a printer for an infinite time:

The user sends a first part of a print job to the printing system
which buffers (i.e. spools) it and prints it but then the
user never sends the rest - until he has something more to print
which he sends as second part of the job and so on.

Or do you mean something else with "spooling"?
