[cups.general] unable to get windows clients to print

Andrew,

This is probably a SAMBA issue and not a CUPS issue.  If SAMBA is 
advertising the printers, you've added them.  They are perhaps not 
right, but they're there.  If you want to send me a copy of your 
smb.conf file privately, I'll be glad to take a look at it for you.
