Why do you need a driver?

Perhaps all you want is to print plain text directly?
If yes, you don't need a driver, see

If you have ready-to-print preformatted output from a special
application, print it via "lp -d QUEUE -o raw" or set up
a "raw" queue for this printer.

If you really need a driver:
Perhaps it can also emulate another dot matrix printer
for which there is already a matching driver, e.g.:
