[STR New]

Even if I compile CUPS with "./configure --with-cups-user=lp
--with-cups-group=sys" to explicily set special user and group CUPS
changed the ownerships of /var/spool/cups/tmp (and some other
files/directories) from "lp.sys" to "root.nogroup".

According to /etc/group the ID of sys is 3 and of nogroup is 65534. The
user lp exists in /etc/passwd with ID 4.

But strangely enough I can still print and fax with HPIJS/HPLIP (this
driver produces temporary files in /var/spool/cups/tmp).
