Please contact Apple for this issue.

Adobe applications produce PICT files with embedded PostScript when
printing. When printing to a non-MacOS X server, the MacOS X client needs
to convert this data to PostScript for printing.

This change to the IPP backend was introduced in MacOS X 10.3 (CUPS
1.1.19) and uses Apple's proprietary pictwpstops filter. There is nothing
we can do to help you resolve this issue on our end...
