can't remote access to port 631?

hi helge

my httpd is running and i also added allow from 192.168.100.17 (laptop)
but still can't access

i did a telnet localhost 631 on my CUPS server and was able to connect.
but whe i did a telnet 192.168.100.3 631 (serverIP) connection refused?
i duno y?
