Accents not show

Hello, I have installed CUPCS in a linux system, and all it's all rights but when I print a report, de characters witch accents not appears.

I check de config paremeters of /etc/cups/cupsd.conf and modify
  #DefaultCharset utf-8
  DefaultCharset iso-8859-1

  #DefaultLanguage en
  DefaultLanguage es

But doesn't work.

Any idea?
