[cups.general] Cups keeps shutting down queues when user's turn off printer

If you do not want to take the risk of using a development version of
CUPS 1.2 and break KDE compatibility, I have written a workaround
against the problem for CUPS 1.1.x. It is beh, the backend error
handler, which makes the behaviour of CUPS in case of backend errors
configurable. Simply go to

and follow the instructions.
