Legacy program printing epson FX emulation

I am having a problem with a program that was designed to print directly to an EPSON FX printer under linux 2.0.  I have set the program up on CentOS 4.2 and have everything working with the exception of printing invoices.  I enabled raw printing in mime.type and mime.convs and it prints, but it does not feed the paper to the top of the next sheet after the last text is printed.  I am able to change the print command line in the program.

It is currently lpr -Plp
