Canon LBP 660 & 460 (lasers)

Hello,
I recently tried to install 2 canon laser printers on the same PC with MandrakeLinux 10.1 (to make a CUPS print server).
The 2 printers are the LBP 660 and the LBP 460 (both work on a parallel port). However I've got a surprise: it seems it's impossible to have 2 canon parallel printers on the same PC. It is said that you can only use the printer (same with 660 & 460 model) on the first parallel port.

Do you have any idea to make the both working at the same time ?
I've ordered a parrallelToUSB cable but I'm not sure it will work and if there is another solution, I would prefer.

If someone have any idea about it, I take it :)
