when printing from a Java application (like Moneydance) an error message
like this appears:

Error: /configurationerror in --setpagedevice--
Additional information: [/ManualFeed false]

There is more output, but that was not shown by the original reporter.

Later (comment #6) the reporter tells that the problem disappears with GS
8.50. So we need to switch ESP GhostScript to be based on GPL GhostScript
8.50 to fix this problem.
