It seems that when the scheduler is started during the boot process it
does some initial cleanup and one thing it does is trying to delete
/var/run/cups/certs. /var/run/cups/certs is a directory which the
scheduler creates when it does not exist, but strangely the same scheduler
seems to remove it as it was an ordinary file. If this is intended to get
rid of a file named /var/run/cups/certs so that a directory can be created
with this name, the scheduler should check whether the existing file is
already a directory and not do a deletion attempt then or simply stay
silent when trying to delete, then in the correct situation of a directory
nothing will get visible to the user.
