It is possible that we can roll this into a "rip-to-disk" patch we have had
lying around for a while. Basically, the scheduler will pre-convert print
jobs whenver it has the opportunity, so it could be converting multiple
jobs destined for the same printer at the same time - the first job would
have the expected delay, while the jobs after would print more quickly.

Similarly, there are printers that need multiple jobs to run at full speed
that will likely be leveraged by the same type of code.
