admin website maintenance utility doesn't work

Several times I tried printing to my Epson SC 850 printer using the maintenance utilities on the admin website. I haven't yet succeeded in getting this to work. The test page will print from the website; I can successfully print from the command line. The escputil program works from the command line.

Here's an excerpt from the error_log that appeared the last time I used the website utility:
