endless loops of cups browsing for printer queues

Can you post the cupsd.conf files, please (both of them, from "pserver"
as well as from "sprz4pc"), but without the comments. Run 

   grep -v ^# /etc/cups/cupsd.conf | grep -v ^$

and send the output, please.
