[cups.general] print jobs with different user name

abiword's capabilities are very inflexible when it comes to printing.
Some Unix apps offer to "configure the print command", so you could
use "lp -d printername -U otherusername" or even "kprinter" (which 
lets you configure a different user name for printing) -- but abiword
is rather fixed about that...
