Configuring ESP Ghostscript 8.15.2

I'm extremely new at this.
I just tried the ./configure command and noticed the messages:
checking for local PNG library source...no
checking for local jpeg library source...no

My question is, will this cause me any problems? I don't know what to do about this. What's the library source? I know I must have the libraries because I can view and print such files without any problems.

Any help will be appreciated.
