No, the on-line help files are only provided as HTML and aren't
setup for (easy) conversion to PDF.

They are incomplete, but for the most part everything in them is
still valid (some files have moved and RunAsUser is no longer
supported)

Like the old SUM/SAM, the book is still relevant but is missing
information on the new features (mainly policy, back-channel, port
monitor, and the driver interface stuff).
