Please file a separate feature request for the button that leads back from
the model selection page to the make selection page.

The EPSON and Canon printers are listed by the backends supplied with
Gimp-print - please contact them for assistance with those backends.

In the meantime, you can click on the Add Printer button and then select
the printer on parallel port 1 by hand, selecting the make and model as
needed.
